Limited 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty
BABELUCI offers a limited three-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and material flaws in products manufactured by BABELUCI (“Product(s)”).
Warranty Coverage
Under this warranty, BABELUCI, at its sole discretion, may repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of Products purchased directly from BABELUCI or its Authorized Dealers, provided such Products exhibit manufacturing defects. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
BABELUCI cues and shafts are handcrafted from wood and organic materials, which may exhibit natural variations in stain, grain, or texture. Such cosmetic variations are inherent to the Product and do not constitute defects. Additionally, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:
-Warpage in wood Products
-Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, including replaceable components (e.g., tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, bumper)
-Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, accidents, or extreme events (e.g., flood, fire)
-Unauthorized modifications or alterations made without BABELUCI’s express written consent
-Exposure to extreme temperature or humidity conditions
-Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources
Warranty Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
-Contact BABELUCI directly or your Authorized Dealer.
-Provide proof of purchase and details of the alleged defect.
-If instructed, submit the Product to the designated service center for evaluation.
-BABELUCI will assess the Product and determine eligibility for warranty coverage at its sole discretion.
-If eligible, BABELUCI will repair, replace, or refund the Product at no charge. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Warranty Repairs
For Products not covered under warranty or requiring repairs due to non-warranty reasons, BABELUCI offers repair services at reasonable costs. Contact BABELUCI or your Authorized Dealer for further details.
